New North Carolina-Chapel Hill Head Coach Joey Rasmus talks about a system he put in place at Illinois, making the Illini rugby program the largest sports club on campus and the larged college program in the USA.
Creating an intramural league, Rasmus created a system that brings young student-athletes to the game in a way that eases the entry to play, and could be a model other coaches can follow.
