- Started writing songs at age 6 and was always writing songs, started first serious band at age 15
- In his early 20's at the time he was a door-to-door salesman selling windows/doors/roofs/vinyl siding

- Jason broke into the business as a song writer and then was unbelievably driven, he would cold call record labels and beg for 5 minutes to pitch his song

- Jason has done the job of just about everyone he works with, which helps a lot
- When Jason was 18, he worked in a record store and his boss noticed that Jason was constantly looking for what needs to be done next and suggested he would be a good store manager

- Jason's first business was signing artists and representing them, sort of a mini-publishing company
- Some of Jason's different businesses is based on different genre's of music
- Jason partners with others because of the chemistry between them and the talent he sees in someone else
- Jason is wide open to whatever God is showing him and is looking for people that excite and inspire him
- All of his companies are small with a small number of employees but they outsource a lot
- What people tell you about your behavior can be a good indicator of what should be kept vs removed from you personality after you're saved
