As a co-founder of Patina Solutions and Patina Nation in 2008, Mike Harris saw the growing talent gap occurring as baby boomers who hold a high percentage of leadership positions and jobs were starting to retire from the workforce. He also saw that professionals with 25 years or more of experience were looking to work differently and he wanted to harness the power of these experts to fill client’s impending resource and skill gaps for projects and interim leadership roles.
