MONSTER ATTACK!

“Monster Attack” is a podcast dedicated to old “Monster Movies,” the ones we all grew up with and fell in love with. These are the films that opened up a new world of scary creatures, sci-fi wonders and frightening tales of the supernatural. Former radio personality Jim Adams re-visits a time when radioactive dinosaurs threatened Tokyo, werewolves terrorized the population at large and mad scientists conducted hideous experiments in large mansions.

Madeline Brumby joins Jim in a discussion about 1931's classic tale of Good vs Evil, "Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde," adapted from the book by Robert Louis Stevenson and starring Fredrick March, Miriam Hopkins, Ruth Hobart, Holmes Herbert and Edgar Norton. March won the Best actor Oscar for his portrayal of a man of science who explores man's darker side in an experiment that goes horribly wrong. It is a classic tale of a man opening the proverbial "Pandora's Box" on this week's episode of "Monster Attack!"
