She also works with kids who are going through eczema and topical steroid withdrawal (TSW).

In today’s episode, you’ll learn how rejection, trauma, and stress may be flaring up or triggering your eczema and topical steroid withdrawal (TSW).

You'll also learn things like:

  • why relationships may be flaring you up
  • why changing your diet, adding supplements, and seeing doctors aren't enough to help you heal
  • learn an amazing story about a woman who couldn't eat any gluten and was finally able to eat gluten again after emotionally healing
  • find out my personal story of how relationships affected my skin (and how relationships may be affecting yours too).

Our guest today is Dr. Nima Rahmany, a chiropractor and Mental & Health Optimization Coach, who discovered that most illnesses stem from a past traumatic event. After 15 years as a chiropractor, Dr. Nima found that most of his patients came to see him for various issues that stemmed from stress. However, he became increasingly frustrated when chiropractic care alone could not address why people got sick, stressed, and stuck.

In this episode, you’ll learn all about how digestion, food allergies, and nutrition affect eczema and topical steroid withdrawal (TSW). Meet Joy McCarthy – she’s a Holistic Nutritionist, nutrition expert on Global TV’s Morning Show (you may have also seen her on CTV, Breakfast Television, and the Steven & Chris Show), a professional speaker, and Faculty Member at Institute of Holistic Nutrition.

She’s also the author of Joyous Health: Eat & Live Well without Dieting(which you can find in stores across North America & also on Amazon).

Through a healthy lifestyle change, she’s been able to overcome eczema herself, so she knows first hand what it feels like to suffer from it.

Joy has also created numerous online programs, including a new 10-day detox program to help you get clearer skin, rev up your metabolism, banish sugar cravings, improve digestion, increase your energy, get better sleep, and much more!

In today’s episode, we specifically talk about Joy’s experience with eczema, how digestion, food allergies, and nutrition all affect your skin health. See below for more details.

Did you know that 100% of my guest's patients experience some form of depression when they suffer from eczema or topical steroid withdrawal (TSW)? He also shared about anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and how the side effects of systemic steroids can cause both suicidal and homicidal thoughts (all of which are rarely ever talked about!). It's a fascinating episode that I hope can help you today.
