He's back...
Our friend Jim Bradbury is back again to talk about the latest definition of "waters of the United States" under the Clean Water Act. The Trump administration's "Navigable Waters Protection Rule" will be final on June 22, 2020 and Jim is here to walk us through the new rule, how it compares with the Obama adminstration's 2015 WOTUS Rule, and where we go from here.
