Things change as we get older. Time seems to fly by. Our perspectives can totally shift. Our bodies can change in a lot of different ways.
Then, once we hit a certain age, we’re told there’s no going back - especially with our health. We’re not 20 anymore, after all. We need to just “accept” that the aches, pains, and weight gain are here to stay...Or do we?
