Henningsen: 'Putin's ICC Arrest Threat at BRICS in South Africa'

SA's president says he wouldn't recognize the ICC indictment, but others in the country might (under US influence). In the end, almost no country in the global south supports Ukraine and its actor-turned-president Zelensky. Meanwhile, NATO weapons recycling business continues in Ukraine.
