Originally from Pittsburgh, Lillian shares how her passion for travel after a carefree Summer backpacking around a region she knew nothing about led her to start her own company that plans surprise trips for its customers.

She launched the bootstrapped business at 23 years old and has grown it to 25+ team members and $7 million+ in annual revenue.
