Full Moon Meditation Recognize Your Power + Change the World - Full Moon March 28th 2021
Journaling questions:
1. What feelings stuck out to you from this experience?
2. What intentions do you have for how you feel? How the Earth feels?
3. What reminder can you create for yourself to connect with this feeling when you need to? Some might call this an "anchor" - you could create an essential oil blend, find a rock in your yard, draw something that feels good to you, choose a song, etc. Then anytime you return to that "anchor" you return to this feeling. Create your anchor (use your creativity and have fun!) and infuse it with the feeling you created in this meditation. Let the anchor bask in the moonlight to make the energy even stronger!
