I thought I'd begin with an experiential sample of what I offer in my practice at Monarch Trancework.
In this episode, you'll hear a preparatory session, and active Trancework session, and an integration session afterwards.
Doing the integration session immediately after the Trancework session is recommended, so you may want to be prepared with a pen or pencil, and some paper to write on.
