Cheri Gillings from the UK is an experienced leader, and now
coach with a demonstrated history of working in the health, social
care, wellness and fitness industry. With her company Inner Space
she created a community initiative called “Listen for Wellbeing”
which she started in during Mental Health Awareness Week in 2017
with a simple mission to restore the act of listening as the key
activity for the prevention of mental health crises. Her latest
venture is a podcast called “Satday Soup for the Sistas Soul”
podcast based around the fundamental practice of starting where you
are, with what you have, and doing what you can.
