John is a wonderfully talented artist, musician, songwriter and therapist who has been on a roller coaster musical journey.
He openly and honestly shares his story of how the emotional trauma of what we could call 'living the dream', almost took him to a place of permanently giving up his soul calling, to bring his music to the world. It took him on an often traumatic journey of deep, self discovery trying to get back to his true authentic self. That long journey led him to train as a therapist, helping many others deal with deep rooted trauma and led him back to making his music to help him heal.
