If you are new to entrepreneurship, you might be asking yourself: “When should I start to worry about giving out job titles in the workspace?”
It can be a bit confusing if you don’t know what each title means and the roles involved.
CEO, CFO, COO, and so on.
In reality, it doesn't really matter in the beginning. If you are a solopreneur and it's just you and the company, you can give yourself any role you want. IT’S YOUR COMPANY!
If you do have a partner, it is important to understand each position and how you guys are moving the business forward. You need to find the lines where you don’t step on each other's toes, but you have the same end goal in mind.
