The reliance on using harmful psychological triggers just to make a sale?! They want us to believe this is the only way it can be done; but I am here to tell you: that is 100% b@llsh*t! We don't need to buy into this deeply harmful and exhausting mythos of doing business. I have made it my goal in life to not only change the way I do business but to help others do the same: through community, sharing, and learning through powerful conversations.

I'm your host, Elijah Selby, Feminist Business Coach and I passionately believe that by dismantling the systems of oppression that are built into current business practices we can 100% help to make the world a more just place. So many of us are unconscious of the harmful beliefs and practices we are perpetuating. Including me.
