In the first sermon of our new series, “Lead with Love”, Pastor Clayton asks us to reflect on our main purpose as Christians. Jesus clearly and continually preached that our purpose is to love one another. We are called to not only love God but to also love our neighbors. This is how we live out our faith.
When we decide to move through this world, leading with love, we must also do the hard work of realignment as sin can cause us to stray from God’s path. Consistent self-reflection and humility help us in this process, to know where we might struggle and where we can do better. God has given us confession and forgiveness to help us realign our lives.
