This is an amazing conversation with Iona Jenkins from Wales. Iona is an author, creative writer, poet and a clinical hypnotherapist. We have an interesting conversation about her new book "To Sing with Bards and Angels." She shares much wisdom about the Labyrinth walking paths and the sacred geometry.
