We cannot change this world unless we understand exactly what it is we are trying to change. Dr. Morgana walks us through assumptions and beliefs that we are operating under that are causing harm. We delve into how toxic positivity, shame, and guilt are exploited in marketing copy to push people into buying things that don't actually serve them. We also talk about how conventions--for example, standards for consistency, way of setting goals, hustle culture-- emerge from the masculine, neurotypical way of being in the world and they are NOT the only way to do business. This conversation will open your eyes to so many things that are holding you back!
