With All Due Respect! by Amanda Thebe

Emily is probably well-known to you as the founder of the stationary brand of the fantastic cards Em & Friends. But at age 38 she started to experience life-altering perimenopause symptoms that lasted for years. As a previous cancer survivor she received mixed messages about what treatment options were available to her, and had to do some big acts of self-discovery to make sure her physical and emotional wellbeing were being taken care of during menopause. These included setting boundaries and letting go of things that were making her miserable and starting strength training. Emily has been open about her struggle, and used that to create some amazing perimenopause empathy cards, which are hilarious and worth checking out. She also issues a sign-up worth newsletter that can be found at emilyonlife.com/
