Unraveling Adoption

Jun 20, 2022

In this week’s Safe Home Podcast, Beth talks with Jeanette Matthew. She lives in North Yorkshire in the UK, and she is a coaching psychologist who helps individuals and organizations transform their  uncertainty, overwhelm, and lack of clarity into goals, action plans, and confidence. Her specialty is helping people deal with anxiety. Jeanette has delivered workshops around the world offering psychological hacks to managing and preventing anxiety, and teaching people the mindset tools we can adopt preventatively to see every day triggers through a different lens.

In this episode, Jeanette gives plenty of practical tools to help our teens - and ourselves - manage anxiety.
