In a world that glorifies hustle culture, we tend to find ourselves juggling a number of things for instance, running a business, becoming the perfect partner, starting a side hustle to being a good parent. The list does differ per individual however the pressure stays the same.

The quest to find balance in all these areas can affect one’s mental health leading to inadequacy in certain areas. So what does one need? 

Sierra Hillsman believes we need harmony and in Episode 21, she fills us in on why we should horn it. Harmony encourages self-awareness and self-reflection allowing one to identify areas of growth, set appropriate boundaries, and make choices that align with our authentic selves.
