After helping hundreds of moms get their babies to sleep, Sarah noticed the trend that while their babies now slept soundly, Moms themselves just weren’t sleeping well. 

They would put the time in bed, but wake up still feeling tired. She started sharing her personal strategies of overcoming the fatigue of motherhood. Now she’s helped hundreds of Moms sleep like they did before they had kids and wake up energized.
