Have you completed a YTT and feel like you want to do more with your certificate? Do you feel like you want to create your own brand of yoga or fitness? Believe it or not, it's a possibility, and Tara Newbigging is proof of that.
Tara has been a personal trainer, Zumba instructor and registered yoga teacher for nearly 15 years. A few years ago, she felt inspired to stop working in the confines of other people's rules and create her own. It wasn't until one day when she went into her fitness studio, turned on the music really loud, and began to move in any way that felt good that she realized exactly what she wanted to do. With that, BooTy was born.
On this episode, Tara shares about the creation of BooTy, growing her business, and the business lessons she has learned along the way.
